Questions We Hear
Before Every Event.

Do you need access to a power outlet?

Most setups run on 2–3 dedicated circuits, depending on screen size — many homes already have this. Not sure what you've got? No problem, we'll walk through it with you ahead of time and figure out exactly what your site needs. For locations without easy power access, like parks or open lots, we can bring a generator.

How long does setup and teardown take?

Plan on 1.5–2.5 hours to build, calibrate, and test the screen, depending on your location and the size of the configuration. Teardown usually takes less than 1.5 hours. Our crew arrives with enough runway to be fully ready before your first guest arrives.

What happens if it rains?

We track the forecast with you leading up to your date. If conditions turn unsafe for outdoor electronics, we'll work with you to reschedule or move under cover — nobody wants a rained-out movie night.

Can you provide sound as well?

Yes — every package can include outdoor-rated speakers sized to your yard or venue, so dialogue and crowd noise both come through clearly.

We're an HOA or city department — are you insured?

We carry general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for HOA boards, venues, and municipal permits — just let us know what your event requires.

How far ahead should we book?

As far ahead as possible — big game days book up fast. If you already know your date, lock it in now rather than waiting; the earlier you reach out, the better we can guarantee your screen size and time. If your date is closer than that, reach out anyway — we'll always try to make it work.
